What should I wear?

 

This is probably this most frequently asked question. When planning my own childrens photo sessions, I aim for comfort.

Stay away from bright and bold patterns (unless that's what you want).

Co-ordinating colours is great but don't stress yourself with being too matchy.

Sometimes it doesn't have the effect we're hoping for.

My goal is to make the person the main focus and sometimes clothing can distract from that. 

If we are planning an outdoor session, keep in mind the weather and the layout.

Trying to hike in heels is probably not a good idea!

 

Where are you located/work out of?

 

I am currently working out of my home located in Hamilton, Ontario. My goal is to open a studio in the near future.

I work on location in Hamilton and surrounding. I also have a full studio setup that I can bring to you in your home.

This usually works best for newborn sessions and cake smash sessions.

 

What time of day is best for an outdoor session?

 

I believe the best time of day to shoot an outdoor session is right after sunrise and right before sunset.

Don't get me wrong, beautiful photos can be taken all day long.

It's just something about the soft lighting and the beauty of these times that add to the overall photo.

 

How long will it take for my to receive my images?

 

I guarantee a "sneak peek" of your session within 24 hours.

The rest of your session can take anywhere from 1 week to 1 month to complete.

This all depends on LIFE!

I am a mom first so sometimes it's a little harder to get everything edited.

If anything does arise, I will always do my best to keep you informed.

 

What type of print packages do you offer?

 

At this time, I offer printing but please refer to my print packages in regards to pricing.

 When you receive your images, you are more then welcome to print

whenever and how many photos you choose. I will provide a print release if needed.

I do not have any print obligations.

 

Can I post my photos on Facebook/social media?

 

Of course you can! They are YOUR photos!
